My name is Dr. James Lani -- founder and CEO of Collaborative Research Solutions since 2004. During this time, my company and I have conducted numerous research projects and analyzed thousands of surveys.

My education -- approved Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, MA in Research Psychology, BS in Electrical Engineering, Minors in both Mathematics and Human Services -- and professional experience as a university teacher and therapist, permit me to bring a hands-on quality to the discussion that cuts to the heart of satisfaction surveys and market research studies.

Collaborative Research Solutions' mission is to help businesses, local, state and the federal government, and non-profit agencies become more effective through program evaluations, employee and customer satisfaction surveys, market research, and research design.
